The task of preparing a David Hart show is an all encompassing endeavor we thoroughly enjoy. Managing casting, styling, art direction & production of the show itself, we work with David closely to ensure his vision is brought to life as thoughtfully and completely as possible.
We work to bring the collection to life each season and ensure the collection is given a worthy stage. Working hand in hand with David to identify each season’s narrative, we are responsible for envisioning and sourcing styling elements, hair and grooming targets & introduce potential brand partnerships to complement the concept behind each collection.
For David’s SS2016 presentation, we took inspiration from the Bauhaus mimicking a clean, spare art installation held at Industria Superstudio as part of Cadillac Men’s Day. Working with him months ahead of production, we collaboratively made decisions on which fabrics and cuts to introduce and produced a selection of necklaces for the show, now part of the collection.
We are very proud to announce David was recently selected as one of GQ’s best new menswear designers in America — and has just been shortlisted as one of the ten finalist for the prestigious CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund. Every season brings new and welcome challenges and our role within David’s operation has expanded show by show. Accolades and prizes aside, we feel the quality of the work we continue to produce together to be it’s own reward.
